I just received a card notifying us that Burch Creek donated a tree to the Arbor Day Foundation in honor of our Eleanor Roosevelt. My son and I watned to say how much we appreciate the monument. We still miss her a lot. This kind gesture demonstrates the involved and caring culture of the Burch Creek establishment and employees! Thank you

Dr. Lenner truly is my Lexi's angel! I brought in my little Bishon with concerns that her bladder was weakening due to age. As it turned out, she had a UTI, and Dr. Lenner prescribed an antibiotic that quickly took care of the infection. Dr. Lenner also was very quick to notice that Lexi had symptoms of a disease called Cushings, and after testing her, it was confirmed. Now Lexi is on a medication to manage this disease, and she has regained her youthful spirit and energy. Because of Dr. Lenner's keen awareness, Lexi's quality of life has improved immensely! Thank you Dr. Lenner! You are wonderful!

I want to thank each of you for the care you took of my Cynderella over the years we came there with her. You were closed when she had her last and final stroke and so we had to use her "other" vet which is way far away. I made the hardest decision of my life that day. I have respected the way you had always treated her and for 16yrs she was my best friend. I will truly miss her and Dr Clough was the best with her. He handled her gently and firmly for a dog that hated to leave my side. Not many vets know how to handle Papillons and he was so awesome with her. Thank you!!! I do recommend you to anyone that lives close by. My only wish is that one of you would be "on call" to help with patients that have to make this same decision. It would have been a lot easier on all of your patients. Your the best, thanks again.
